Medcor operates the only training program designed specifically to prepare clinicians to work on-site in workplace settings. Most occupational health professionals who find themselves on-site in workplace settings rather than in clinics or hospitals must learn on the job. It can take years to figure out how to apply their academic training and clinical experience to the real-world workplace.

By contrast, Medcor is able to share effective practices and practical techniques with our new associates before they start working on-site by drawing on two decade’s worth of experience. Over the years, Medcor's training has expanded to include comprehensive safety, OSHA, and regulatory compliance curriculum.

Medcor also offers training programs directly to clients, either at Medcor's facilities or in the client's facilities. Medcor offers a talented faculty of occupational health and safety professionals with real-world experience to educate our associates as well as our clients' staff. In addition to classroom and practical instruction at Medcor's training facility, the company offers numerous remote-learning tools such as interactive web-modules to help associates maintain their continuing education and to rapidly disseminate new information.
