Midway Atoll

Medcor provides on-site health services at Midway Atoll, a cluster of three islands between Hawaii and Japan in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The location is remote—all supplies must be imported. Medcor’s medical professionals care for the workers who oversee island operations and the wildlife refuge. One Medcor mid-level provider is on duty at all times, and there is no other medical staff on the island.
