We are committed to finding top talent for our organization. Our Human Resources Recruiters thoroughly review applicants for posted positions. Selected candidates are contacted for phone screening and a possible interview. We communicate with all applicants via email and/or phone.
When interviewing for Medcor, we embrace a collaborative decision-making process. We conduct a series of interviews that include Human Resources Recruiters, hiring managers, and our Medical Administrators (for clinical positions). Candidates should be prepared to provide examples from their experience to highlight their knowledge, skills, abilities and work ethic.
Once a hiring decision has been made, a Medcor Recruiter will contact the chosen candidate and extend an offer of employment. Once a verbal acceptance has been made, the offer letter and new hire paperwork will be emailed to the candidate. All offers of employment are contingent and the offer letter will identify the contingencies. More details on these processes are included in the offer email. Total process time can take between 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the candidate’s response time.
Your manager will contact you regarding orientation and training. Training schedule and format will vary depending on the position you are hired for.
